PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE BEGINNING.

If you decide to follow these instructions, unhook the positive

cable on the battery until installation is complete.

Installing Your HydroKit4U System

If you have ever done any work installing car stereos or fog lights this should not be too difficult.   If you are not comfortable working on cars, please contact your mechanic.  Any automotive mechanic can easily install this system in about 1 hour with these instructions.

This system is setup to run at no more than 30 amps.  We suggest an average amp rate of 10 to 15 for running the HydroKit4U System.

Installing System

1. Mount tank about level with your air intake under the hood.  Mount Dry Cell lower than the tank [This keeps the flow of water moving].

2. Cut and hook hose to bottom barb on tank [See fig. 1] and cut to fit to the lower barb on the mounted Dry Cell [See fig. 2].

3. Cut and hook hose to the top barb on the Dry Cell [See fig. 3] and fit and cut to reach the lower barb on the side of the tank [See fig. 4].

4. Cut correct length of hose from top barb on the tank [fig. 5] to where you want the 3/8" barb [fig. 7] drilled and inserted into the plastic air intake housing.

[NOTE: When drilling into air intake housing make sure to take off before drilling to prevent plastic shavings from entering intake].

5. After the barb is installed into air intake housing, connect hose from top of tank [fig. 5] to the barb at air cleaner housing [fig. 7].

6. Cut the hose between [fig. 5] and [fig. 7] about 5 or so inches from the tank to install the Check Valve [fig. 6].

[Note: Blow through the check valve to make sure the air will flow from tank to air intake.  This valve
[fig. 6] will only let air pass one way].

7. Now that everything is Mounted and Secured Slowly fill the tank [If you fill to fast you will create a vapor lock that will require unhooking the hose on barb 4 in the pic to allow the air to escape].  Make sure that tank is filled 3/4 the way to top when finished.

You are ready for the wiring of the system.

You are ready for the wiring the system.

If you are not familiar with the picture below showing how to wire the system

then get help or take to a garage.

Please follow the wire diagram to below.

When completed, hook the positive cable back up to Battery.  Then test with a meter to confirm 12 volts to the cell with the key and switch on.

If all is ok start engine.

Let the system run for 20 minutes.  If your amp rate is below 10 amps slowly
add more electrolyte a little at a time until amp rate stays at about 15 amps.

Enjoy your benefits!!!!!
